Where we ship
We ship to Germany and all EU member states. If you are located outside the EU and would like to place an order, please contact us at ms@michiko-shida.com — we will do our best to find a solution.
Shipping costs
Delivery within Germany is free of charge. For deliveries to other EU countries, shipping costs apply depending on the destination country and are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Delivery times
We aim to dispatch your order within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Germany: up to 7 business days
- Other EU countries: up to 14 business days
In exceptional circumstances (e.g. holidays or high order volume), dispatch may take a little longer. We will notify you promptly if this is the case.
Packaging
All pieces are ceramics and are packed with great care to ensure they arrive safely.
Damaged goods
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ms@michiko-shida.com with a photo of the damage. We will find a solution together.
