Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by an unequivocal statement:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory. It is sufficient to send your notification before the 14-day period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (but not any additional costs arising from your choice of a non-standard delivery method), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal. The direct costs of returning the goods are to be borne by you.
